OUR VISION
1. To provide better infrastructural facilities making provision for language laboratory by providing C.D.’S cassette, lingua phone, audio, video and instructional materials to develop communicative skills among the trainees.
2. The management is planning to make the college as an important resource centre for conducting various in service programs for professional development of teachers working in secondary schools under the auspicious of the extension service unit.
3. The institution is also planning to organize seminars and workshops on the curriculum revision and evaluation procedures recently introduced by the NCTE.
4. The institution is also planning to actively involve the alumni in the developmental activities of institution
5. The institution is planning to promote research by establishing a research unit with the help of the Management and UGC funds to encourage teacher trainees and teacher educators to carry action research on the problems faced by them

1. The mission of Andhra Evangelical Lutheran Church from the time of its establishment by Fr. Hyer has been to spread the light in places of darkness by establishing various types of institution like orphanages, schools, hospitals, homes for aged and disabled
2. The institution has been helping the community by uplifting the poor and down trodden children, young men and women by offering suitable instruction and training.
3. The institution offers excellent opportunities to students belonging to minority, backward and other communities of Indian society.
